I land a few good opportunities a yearI am the dominant player in the market and win most of the better opportunities available

What is your plan for moving forward?

I don't really have a plan, I am going to do what I have always doneI will start writing yet another business plan, once I find where I put the last oneI am going to change things up, but am not quite sure what this will beI have tracked my progress throughout the year and will review with my team at year endI know what I need to do and have the systems, resources and metrics in place to get it done

What do you think about investing in your greatest asset - you?

I don't need to invest in myself - all is good and I continually grow on my ownI have considered investing in programs in the past, but I have gotten by without doing soI regularly invest in myself, but I quickly go back to my old waysI have invested in myself in the past and have seen mixed resultsI have regularly invested in myself and recognize there is no finish line to potential

How is your year progressing, financially?

I am not coming close to my financial goals this year I am behind my annual goals, but I may catch up in the remainder of the yearI am on par with my goals and should make it, if all the opportunities I have come through I am going to hit my goal, but I know I could have done better I am going to surpass my goal and have my best year ever
